ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order, dated 30.10.2014 and direct the respondents to pay all pensionary and other terminal benefits.
2. Pending this writ petition, the State Level Scrutiny Committee has cancelled the petitioner's certificate granted under SC/ST Quota, vide order, dated 17.08.2022. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the State Level Committee.
3. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 15.11.2022 Index :
