The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the District Collector, withdrawing the cheque signing power of the writ petitioner as Vice President of the Panchayat. The tenure of the writ petitioner has expired. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
