ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam in Cr.M.P.No.6960 of 2021 in Crime No.81 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021. 2.The defacto complainant had filed Cr.M.P.No.6960 of 2021 under Section 173 of Cr.P.C for direction to conduct further investigation, without discussing with regard to the merits of the above said petition, one line order has been passed by the trial Court, directing the Deputy Superintendent of Police to fix any other investigation officer to conduct further investigation and file the report.

3. Since it is not a reasoned order, the matter is remitted back to the trial Court. The trial Court may restore the petition in Cr.M.P.No.6960 of 2/4

2021 in Crime No.81 of 2021 and pass detailed and reasoned order on the basis of the records within a month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above direction, this Revision is disposed of.
