Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case charge sheet has been filed and taken cognizance in C.C.No.110 of 2023 before the concerned trial Court.
2.Though a petition has filed on the ground of compromise, in view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
