COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the files of the 1st respondent pertaining to its order bearing No.ALO/TNAU/T.V/MTSP/AC&RI/MDU/2018 and No.ALO/TNAU/A.T/MTSP/AC&RI/MDU/2018 respectively dated 06.04.2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the full salary to them on par with other employees who were brought into regular time scale of pay by proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 26.11.2008 along with arrear with interest at 18% per annum within a time frame that may fixed by this Court.
