ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to take action on the Petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2022. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents would submit that on the petition submitted by the Petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it was closed, directing the parties to seek their remedy through the Civil Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to follow the guidelines issued by the Division Bench of this Court in a batch of Criminal Original Petitions reported in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100 in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another. No costs.
