This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order passed in M.C.O.P.No.499 of 2022, dated 27.3.2025, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for R1 to R4 has no objection in allowing this Petition.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
