ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024 and grant permission to conduct Vinayagar Chaturthi Festival from 07.09.2024 to 12.09.2024 and consequently direct the respondents to provide protection for procession of Vinayagar Idol on 12.09.2024 from Shivan Temple, Sivagangai Town to Theppakulam via Aranmanai Vasal, Nehru Bazzar, Nelmandi Street, Madurai Mukku, Sathya Moorthy Street, Gandhi Street, Court Vasal, Setoorani, Weekly Market Road to immerse the idol in Theppakulam, Sivagangai Town.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they have already granted permission by directing them to follow the directions issued by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22489 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
