ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.06.2023 within a time frame, in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Union of India. 2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents that the husband of the petitioner is now in abroad and within a period of two weeks, the respondent Police would complete the enquiry in respect of the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.06.2023. 3.In view of the above submissions made by both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.06.2023 as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 22.09.2023 (2/2) NCC : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Yuva 2/4
