ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to conduct and complete the enquiry based on the Petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2022.

2.As per the reported ruling of the Division Bench of this Court in a batch of Criminal Original Petitions reported in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100 in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, the Writ Petition is not maintainable. When the learned Counsel for the Petitioner commences his arguments, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the Petitioner is pending enquiry with the second Respondent.
