ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, against whom allegations were raised and transfer was sought has already been transferred and he was already relieved from the post and that another Officer has assumed charge of the Court of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2. Recording the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.11.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No RM 2/4
