Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.THIRUMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.11733 of 2022 produce the sureties. Due to financial crisis, they are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.3203 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order, dated 01.09.2022 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3203 of 2022 is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
