ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to complete the process of the investigation and file a final report within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.1297 of 2021 1/4

under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. Thereafter, no action had been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner in Crime No.1297 of 2021, enquiry has been conducted and summon has been issued to the petitioner, but the petitioner did not appear for enquiry.

4.Perusal of CD file shows that the statements of the petitioner and other witnesses have been recorded. The gold jewels involved in this issue had not been recovered so far. Even though summons had been issued to the petitioner, he did not appear for enquiry. 5.In view of the above facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent is directed to complete the process of investigation, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
