ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for their wilful and wanton disobedience of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in the above Crl.O.P(MD). No.9809 of 2020, dated on 16.09.2020 under the Contempt of Courts Act.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor/respondent would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court dated 16.09.2020, the enquiry was conducted and closed by the contemnor/respondent. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties over the civil in nature.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner can work out her remedy, in accordance with law.
