ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.189 of 2021 and to file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/3

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been made ready. He further submitted that after completing the official formalities, the final report will be submitted before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

3.In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the final report after completing the official formalities, if anything to be completed, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
