ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the enquiry from the second respondent to any other police and further direct the first respondent to monitor the same on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 26/7/2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that it is an issue between the landlord and the tenant. Because of the issue between them, frequent trouble is created among themselves by gathering as a mob. Enquiry was conducted and the complaint of the petitioner was closed by advising the parties to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings. Even after closure of the complaint by advising them to work out remedy through civil process, again and again they are creating trouble among themselves. Therefore, recommendation has been made to the second respondent on 09.08.2023, to initiate action under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. The same is pending for consideration before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Killiyur in L.I.R.No.35 of 2023.

3. In view of the above said statement, this Criminal Original Pettiion is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned officer.
