O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal petition preferred by the petitioner dated 20.03.2015 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the appeal petition filed by the petitioner has not been in a proper format.
3. Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and that the appeal in the form of representation has been made as early as, in the year 2015, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh appeal in a proper format to the second respondent herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such appeal, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a reasonable opportunity to all necessary parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
