ORDER

This criminal revision case has been filed to set aside Judgment and Sentence passed in C.A.No.06 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, dated 29.07.2022, confirming the Judgment and sentence passed in C.C.No.93 of 2017 on the 1/4

file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, (Fast Track Court), Thanjavur, dated 19.10.2020.

2.The matter has been earlier settled between the parties. In view of the settlement arrived, the petitioner was directed to deposit 5% of the agreed amount to the credit of the High Court Legal Services Authority and the same was deposited by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced the voucher for the same. 3.In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, this criminal revision case is allowed. The Judgment and Sentence passed in C.A.No.06 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, dated 29.07.2022, confirming the Judgment and sentence passed in C.C.No.93 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, (Fast Track Court), Thanjavur, dated 19.10.2020, is hereby set aside and accused is acquitted from all the charges and the fine amount paid by the petitioner, if any shall be refunded to him.
