Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2015 and direct the 3rd Respondent to measure the boundaries of the Petitioner's land in Survey Nos.1773/1, 1774/1A, 1774/1B situated at Keelapidagai Village, Vadakarai, Tirunelveli District and further direct the 5th Respondent not to destroy the coconut trees till completion of the measurement.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the petition-mentioned properties to be surveyed and measured. The petitioner has not enclosed any patta or title document in her favour in the typed set of papers. I am therefore not in a position to grant relief straightaway. The petitioner is permitted to move the fourth respondent with all the relevant records. If the petitioner's application is in order, the fourth respondent shall act as per law. 2/4
