The Writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Proc.No.DCS3/22896/2014 dated 09.12.2014 and quash the same as illegal.

2. Since the order of suspension, dated 09.12.2014 is based on the same set of charges which was already stayed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.16463 of 2014 and the petitioner is also continuing in service, no order is necessary in this Writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
