Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the G.O.(Ms)No.25, School Education (TRB) Department, dated 06.02.2014 issued by the first respondent and consequential selection list dated Nil issued by the second respondent and quash the paragraph 3(b) of the G.O.(Ms)No.25, School Education (TRB) Department, dated 06.02.2014 and selection list and consequently, direct the respondents to select the petitioner for the post of Graduate Assistant (B.T. Assistant) in Science and appoint her in the said post.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed challenging the Government Order issued in G.O.Ms.No.25, dated 06.02.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

W.P.(MD)No.5318/2015 2.The said Government Order was earlier quashed by the High Court and the consequential Government Order issued was revised by order made in G.O.Ms.No.71, School Education (TRB) Department, dated 30.05.2014. The said G.O.Ms.No.71 was also challenged before the High Court and the matter went upto Supreme Court and finally the Apex Court upheld the validity of the Government Order issued in G.O.Ms.No.71 in the case of V.Lavanya & Ors Vs. The State of Tamil Nadu & Ors, reported in 2017(1) SCC 322.

3.This being the factum, the present writ petition deserves no further adjudication and accordingly, stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
