: Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of suspension passed by the second respondent on 15.05.2018 in No.MDURO : UMEX Agency 2018 quash the same and consequently directing the respondents-1, 2 and 3 to pay damages to the petitioner as compensation for the loss of Insurance Agency Operation.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the suspension order, dated 15.05.2018 in No.MDURO : UMEX Agency 2018 passed by the second respondent and also to direct the respondents-1, 2 and 3 to pay damages to the petitioner as compensation.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petitioner has challenged the impugned suspension order, dated 15.05.2018, passed by the second respondent before this Court and pending the instant writ petition before this Court, the second respondent has concluded enquiry and passed a final order and challenging the above said final order, the writ petitioner has filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.(MD) No.4488 of 2019 and the same is pending and hence, now the instant writ petition has become infructuous. If any grievance, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. In view of the above, relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. If any grievance, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
