ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) We are satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with.

2. In fact, the newspaper have carried out the action taken by the authorities in removing the encroachments. The petitioner complains that even though the building in question was removed, the encroacher has now put up fencing. If that be so, we direct the respondents to remove the fencing also so that the pathway is restored for the use of the general public. The contempt petition is closed.
