O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondent to forthwith release the petitioner's Tractor cum Trailor bearing Registration No.TN-69-V-6420, which was hypothecated by the petitioner with the respondent bank.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent had filed a counter, indicating that the petitioner, by way of an one time settlement, had paid the amount of Rs.91,000/- and that the account of the writ petitioner was settled on 18.03.2021, as per the terms of Rinn Samathan Scheme and the tractor had already been released. 3.In view of the aforesaid specific averment made in the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
