O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Lineman of respondent Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited, challenging the order of suspension, dated 27.06.2024.

2.A perusal of the order impugned in the writ petition reveals that the petitioner has been suspended for unauthorised shifting of a low tension transformer from one place to another place.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is under suspension for more than two months, he is directed to give a representation to the concerned authority seeking revocation of suspension order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of representation from the petitioner.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
