ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the Respondents 3 and 4 by conducting an enquiry, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the petition preferred by the Petitioner, enquiry was held by the second Respondent and after conducting enquiry, both parties were directed to seek their remedy through the Civil Court. Based on the same, enquiry was closed.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Petitioner herein to seek his remedy through the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned by filing a petition under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., and to follow the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in a batch of Criminal Original Petitions 2/4
