ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime no.337/2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that it is a counter case is registered in Crime No.338 of 2022. Investigation in both matters have been completed. Because of the stay order passed by this Court in this matter, final report could not be presented before the Special Court.

3. Considering the fact that it is a case, case in counter, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to file final report before the concerned Court.

4. With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
