(MD).No.1729 of 2023) PRAYER : Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1970, to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents/contemnors and punish them for the willful disobedience of this Court order in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.2860 of 2022, dated 10.03.2023.

In the meantime, there was settlement between the parties. Even though the terms of settlement is not ready, in view of the submissions made by both sides, the matter has become infructuous because of 2/4

the settlement between the parties.
