ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2024 to enable him and his family members to worship in the Periyakandi Amman Temple and direct the private respondents to receive the Thalaikattu vari, which is situated at Thumbalam Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the petitioner's wife has given a complaint dated 29.07.2024 alleging that the private respondents are refusing to collect temple tax, that 2/4

the sixth respondent has also lodged a complaint stating that the petitioner and others are interfering in the temple festival and that both complaints are pending.

3.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, conduct enquiry and take a decision, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
