Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to issue a direction to expeditiously dispose of El.OP.No.157 of 2022 on the file of Learned Principal District Judge,Trichirappalli by hearing the matter on a day to day basis and within a fixed time frame and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable court.
ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 13/10/2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide letter D.No.5805/2023, dated 06/07/2023, this Court made the following By an order dated 13.10.2022, this Court disposed of the above Civil Revision Petition with the direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of E.L.O.P.No.157 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. Thereafter, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, by a letter dated 24.03.2023 bearing reference D.No.2693/2023 has requested an extension of two months time to dispose of the E.L.O.P. By an order of this Court dated 12.04.2023, time was extended by another two months to comply with the order 2/4
dated 13.10.2022.
3. Again, now, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli has sent a letter dated 06.07.2023 bearing reference D.No.5805/2023 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of further three months time to dispose of E.L.O.P. In the said letter dated 06.07.2023, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli has given certain reasons for non-disposal of the E.L.O.P within the time.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in the above letter, the time for disposing of the E.L.O.P. is extended by another two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
