ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail by exempt the petitioner from surrender imposed upon him in C.C.No.469/2008 dated 23.03.2022 on the file of the Learned Additional Mahila (JM Level), Theni, Theni District by judgment dated 23.03.2022, which had been 1/3

confirmed in Crl.A.No.38 of 2022 on the file of the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, Theni District by judgment, dated 16.06.2025 pending disposal of the main criminal revision case.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
