Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.BANUPRASATH.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12997 of 2021, dated 21.09.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after furnishing the sureties on 17.11.2021, the petitioner appeared before the respondent police on 18.11.2021 and 19.11.2021 and in the meanwhile, on medical investigation, they have diagnosed that early live triplet intra uterine gestations fetus and therefore, the Doctor has given a certificate stating that the petitioner is taking treatment for infertility and now conceived, now triplet gestation and she is having hyperemesis and advised to take bed rest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the nature of the charges levelled against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
4.The petition is ordered accordingly.
