ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give a police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
