(MD) No. 3862 of 2020 order dated. 11.06.2021 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the Learned (*) Additional Mahila Court at Magisterial Level, Ramanathapuram.

ARPUTHARAJ.A., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.3862 of 2021, dated 11.06.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to poverty, they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and time is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2021 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.10581 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3862 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
