Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 2.The petitioner has been registered under the provisions of Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. Its registration number is 11 of 2021. It is stated that it has been in existence since 2018 and that it has been shifted to a new place. W.P(MD)No.21077 of 2021 has given a representation to the first respondent seeking permission to conduct lawful activities under Section 34 of the Madras City Police Act, 1880 as well as Section 3 of Tamilnadu Places of Public Resort Act, 1888. The petitioner has given a representation on 20.11.2021. The first respondent is directed to consider the said representation. The first respondent will of course bear in mind the earlier orders passed by this Court in similar cases.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
