PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the Transfer Certificates of the petitioner's sons. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the Transfer Certificates of the petitioner's sons.

2. The learned counsel on either side reported that the parties were appeared before the Mediation Centre and consensus have been arrived at between them.

3. The copy of the settlement agreement from the Mediation Centre has been produced before this Court. In the said agreement , it is stated that "1.The petitioner namely, Ramjanbeevi (Wife) and 3rd respondent, namely, Amjath Ibrahim (husband) are agreed to reunion.

2.The Petitioner permitted her first son to continue his studies in T.Kallupatti (Gandhi Nikethan School) and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No. 14300 of 2018 also 3rd respondent permitted her the 2nd son continue his studies in Government High School, Maharajapuram. 3.The 3rd Respondent agreed to pay the entire expenses for his son's.

4.The Mother-in-law (Noorjakhan) agreed to withdraw the case in C.C.no.123/2015, pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court."

4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous. This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. If the petitioner has any grievance, she can file a appropriate petition before the concerned forum and seek her remedy.
