2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2013, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action before the jurisdictional police.
