ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2019 dated 23.04.2019 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though FIR came to be registered in Crime No.15 of 2019 on 23.04.2019, charge sheet has not been filed so far.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that they have examined 5 witnesses and they have sent the petitioner's son mobile phone to the Forensic Laboratory and are awaiting for report and seeks three months time to file a final report before the concerned Court.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within 2/4
a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
