ORDER

This Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.844 of 2023 on the file of learned Family Court, Madurai, and transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Court, Dindigul, to be tried along with the M.C.No.37 of 2023, pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul.

2. It is submitted that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre for settlement. Before the mediation centre, there was a settlement between the parties and the terms of their settlement was also produced.

3. In view of the above developments, this petition is disposed of. The terms of the settlement shall form part of this order. 09.01.2024 NCC :
