PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to withdraw the investigation pending on the file of 3rd respondent Police Station in the Crime No.103/2021 and entrust the same to any other competent officer to investigate in accordance with law and in the interest of justice. Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to withdraw the investigation pending on the file of 3rd respondent Police Station in the Crime No.103/2021 and entrust the same to any other competent officer to investigate in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, dated 13.06.2023, this petition is filed stating that no progress has been made in the the above said investigation progress. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that ownership one Property is doubted in the above said occurrence, which belongs to Karnataka State. Now request is also be made before the concerned authority to give particulars about the ownership and other things. For that purpose he want some more time to complete the above said progress of the investigation. 2/4

4.Considering the the above said development, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.In view of the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
