2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the nature of allegations that the petitioner also had a role in taking the deceased along with him and giving him to A1 to A4 to attack and kill him and the investigation being in the nascent stage, for the present, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
