For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottaisamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 459 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 8(c) and 20(b) (ii0 (B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.459 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused were found in possession of 1.500 kgs of ganja. Hence, the complaint.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the earlier petitions filed by the petitioners, seeking anticipatory bail were dismissed on the ground that three previous cases are pending against the first petitioner and six previous cases are pending against the second petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that as on date, there is no change in circumstances.

6. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, after the dismissal of earlier petitions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 04/01/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
