ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection from the fourth respondent and his men for the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members by considering the representation dated 21.08.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and after coming to know that land dispute is now pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, directing the parties sort out their issues in the proceedings pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the same was ordered to be closed.
