O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, to expedite the hearing of C.C.No.2 of 2022 (transferred from Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi, pending as C.C.No.360 of 2008) and dispose of the same within the time frame fixed. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the case is of the year 2018 and the crime is of the year 2005. Inspite of that the matter has not been disposed of till date.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that all the witnesses have been examined and the case has been posted for arguments on 17.10.2022.

4.In view of the above development and since the case is going to be disposed of after hearing the arguments, no direction is required. If the case is not disposed of after hearing the arguments, within a month, then the petitioner can revise the petition.

5.With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
