This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9356 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9356 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that this petitioner have obtained the order copy only on 16.08.2024 and due to the injury sustained by the petitioner, he was admitted in the hospital and taken treatment. In the meanwhile, he migrated to neighbouring district on account of his work and hence he filed time extension petition in Crl.MP.(MD).No.9838 of 2024 an the same was allowed on 19.09.2024. But, due to unavoidable circumstances and difficulty in arranging sureties within the stipulated time, the petitioner could not comply with the conditions within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. For the said reason only, the petitioner is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9356 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the anticipatory bail order was passed on 26.06.2024, but, the 2/4

petitioner cannot take any steps to comply the conditions imposed against him in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9356 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024. Moreover, this petitioner already filed extension of time petition before this Court, this Court also granted further period of one week time to comply the conditions by way of order dated 19.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9838 of 2024. Till now, this petitioner cannot take any steps to comply the conditions imposed against him in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9356 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024. Hence, he prayed to dismiss this extension petition.

4. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner by way of order dated 26.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9356 of 2024 by imposing certain conditions and time period. This petitioner had already filed a extension of time petition before this Court, this Court had also granted further period of one week time to comply the conditions by way of order dated 19.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9838 of 2024. Till now, this petitioner cannot take any steps to comply the conditions imposed against him in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9356 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024. After expiry of nearly one year and two months, this petitioner come forward with this present extension petition that too without assigning any valid reasons or grounds and prays to extend the time period. It shows the lethargic attitude of the petitioner and this petitioner has not assigned any valid ground to extend the time period. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to allow this present Criminal Miscellaneous 3/4

Petition.
