RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No.9252 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNRAJ.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9252 of 2023 on 05.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been 1/3

complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. Investigation is still pending and no previous case is pending against the petitioner. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9252 of 2023 on 05.06.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
