ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to dispose the writ petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2024 and to initiate action against the respondents 3 to 6, within a reasonable time.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the third respondent is the brother and the respondents 4 to 6 are the close relatives of the writ petitioner and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.348 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's complaint and issue written summons to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondents for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and there is no question of orally summoning the parties to the police station and thereafter the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
