ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8481 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024 has not been 1/4

complied with, has filed this contempt petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2023 was completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai through e-filing in LTN20230002432 C202500014 dated 18.08.2025. Therefore, the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8481 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024 has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. Mere filing of the final report through e-filing is not sufficient. The respondent Police shall ensure that the final report is taken on file without any delay.
