ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to complete the process of investigation within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the property dispute a case in Crime No.153 of 2022 has been registered. The trouble has been created by the accused persons by causing damages. The said occurrence was also captured in CCTV Camera on 25.03.2022. Even though the complaint was given, there was no proper action. Hence, the petitioner had filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Thereafter only, the case was registered in the above said crime number. Thereafter also, no investigation was carried and the case is still pending without any progress.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is in process. 4.Perusal of CD file shows that so far not even a single step has been taken by the respondent police by sending summon to the parties. 5.In view of the aforesaid circumstances and considering the nature of offence, the second respondent is directed to complete the process of investigation and file the final report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
