2. The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No.183 of 2021 filed by the respondent / husband from the file of Sub Court, Virudhunagar to Family Court, Tuticorin, since she is residing at Tuticorin. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience.

3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.183 of 2021 pending on the file of Sub Court, Virudhunagar is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the file Family Court, Tuticorin to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. Sub Court, Virudhunagar is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Tuticorin, forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
